How can I order cigars?
Ordering Procedure |
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) gives quota of duty/tax free (D/TF) goods to each Diplomatic Mission/International Organisation, valid from 1st April each year for a period of 12 months. This quota can be assigned to Tor Imports Ltd by use of form C426 either for individual orders or by releasing a percentage of your quota in a 'bulk release'. Please note we can only supply fully accredited A/B Diplomats with D/TF goods, and who are members of the Diplomatic Cigar Club. |
Step 1: Check |
If your Diplomatic Mission/International Organisation have already assigned a 'Bulk Quota' to Tor Imports Ltd. If there are internal authorisation processes, eg. Order forms need to be authorised and/or stamped by a designated individual within the Diplomatic Mission/International Organisation, before sending to Tor Imports Ltd. |
Step 2: Customs Forms |
Complete form C426 if no 'Bulk Release' is in place with Tor Imports Ltd: C426 Part 1, fill in the Diplomatic Mission/International Organisation information. |
Step 3: Ordering |
If Tor Imports Ltd have a C426 in place, place your orders online at www.diplomaticcigarclub.com, by email, by post or over the telephone. |
Step 4: Delivery |
Orders can only be delivered to the residence of the Head of Mission or the official address of the Diplomatic Mission/International Organisation which are listed on the FCDO's website. |

Orders for less than £150.00 in value will be subject to a £7.50 delivery charge.
